Shameka Britton is an awesome realtor. She's not in the business to just make money she's in it to give back. I know without a doubt that the Lord blessed her to be in real estate so that she can be a blessing to others. She's knowledgeable, transparent and will make sure you have complete understanding of the process. I told her what I wanted and gave her my timeline and she came through and on time. Shameka is GREAT! She made my first-time home-buying experience an absolute success. I was full of trepidation at first as I did not know the first thing about the steps to take or how, to begin with the process of purchasing a home. Shameka took the time to walk me through each of the steps and provided resources along the way, like a list of lenders to get me started. She was super responsive to any of my concerns and questions and proactively reached out to make sure she was providing the support that I needed. Shameka is very passionate about serving her clients and has a wealth of industry knowledge. She was very proactive in making sure my needs were addressed and satisfied while maintaining a great collaborative relationship with the seller's agent. My husband and I decided to search for a realtor and really didn't know who to call and after a few ones that we were in touch with; we found Shameka and I tell you she is a God send. With the way the market is right now; I had my doubts but Shameka was always encouraging, patient, and so reliable. Her professionalism was appreciated at the same time feeling as if we knew her for a long time. From the beginning attending a home buyers workshop, to speaking with us over zoom calls; helping us with our goals; and at times when there was some disappointments of finding houses we liked, getting outbid; she would keep my husband and especially me feeling things would work out. I really enjoyed my experience with Compass Realty. Shameka was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in buying my first home. Shameka was sooooo AMAZING! I was a first time home buyer, with little knowledge about the home buying process but Shameka was there every step of the way and even after! A wonderful, personable real estate agent, always available, and very knowledge about the process (especially in this 2022 market) and the Davidson County area. Shameka made all the different steps feel simple and had many different contacts that were helpful along the way. You will definitely not be disappointed her and her work.

Shameka is wonderful, she helped me with every process of buying my new home. Shameka and I went out looking at homes on a Saturday and I didn't see anything I liked. I told her exactly what I wanted and it had to have certain features. The next day Shameka called me and said I think I found something you might like and can I come see it. It was a brand new build with EVERYTHING I wanted. She was out with another client and afterwards decided to drop into the builders office to see if anything was available and it was. I signed the contract that day (Sunday) and moved in 30 days later. Shameka was always available for any questions I had and even called or texted me to see how things were moving along.
